(1) To provide protection to the public against potential hazards to the safety and health of the occupants of manufactured homes.(2) To forbid the manufacture and sale of new manufactured homes which are not constructed in compliance with "The National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974"( 42 U.S.C. 5401et seq., as amended).(3) To regulate the installation of manufactured and mobile homes so as to provide protection to the occupants of said homes and to ensure continuing compliance with the federal standards.Ga.
