Rule 120-3-7-.01 - Authority

This Regulation for manufactured and mobile homes is made and promulgated by the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner pursuant to his authority set forth in O.C.G.A. §§ 8-2-132, 8-2-133, 8-2-135, 8-2-137(b), 8-2-161, 8-2-162, 8-2-165, 8-2-168 and 25-2-1et seq.
