Rule 120-3-27-.19 - Passenger Tramways(1) Aerial Passenger Tramways, ANSI B77.1 - 2011 and addendum to Aerial Passenger Tramways, ANSI B-77.1a - 2012 are hereby adopted as a rule with the modifications as indicated below. (a) Each owner engaged in passenger tramway operations shall protect the public by complying with ANSI B-77.1 and B-77.1a.(b) Where any conflict occurs between the rule referenced in (1) above and any other rule in this Chapter, the latter shall prevail.Ga.
