Section 64B2-12.013 - Continuing Education Provider Application Fee

In addition to meeting the requirements set forth for approval of continuing education programs, providers or sponsors shall remit two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) to be submitted with the information required in Rule 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., for program approval.
