Section 62-816.013 - Revisions to Grant Assisted Projects(1) No changes shall be made in the scope or nature of the project work, or in the amount of grant assistance authorized, except by formal amendment to the grant contract, duly authorized by the Trust and signed by both parties.(2) The grantee shall be responsible for prompt notification to the Trust of any conditions or circumstances that may require or justify such changes and shall submit a written request for amendment to the grant contract detailing the changes requested and supported by such information and documentation as may be appropriate.Fla.
