Any person holding a prescription drug manufacturer permit or a nonresident prescription drug manufacturer permit under Section 499.01, F.S., shall, by April 1 of each year, submit a report to the department on Form DBPR-DDC-249, Annual Notification of Reportable Drug Price Increases, effective July 2023, incorporated herein by reference. A copy of Form DBPR-DDC-249, Annual Notification of Reportable Drug Price Increases, can be obtained at https://www.myfloridalicense.com or by contacting the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics at 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1047, (850)717-1800.
