Any person holding a prescription drug manufacturer permit or a nonresident prescription drug manufacturer permit under Section 499.01, F.S., shall, on the effective date of their reportable drug price increase, as defined in Section 499.026(1)(d), F.S., provide notification of each reportable drug price increase to the department on Form DBPR-DDC-248, Notification of Reportable Drug Price Increase, effective July 2023, incorporated herein by reference. A copy of Form DBPR-DDC-248, Notification of Reportable Drug Price Increase, can be obtained at https://www.myfloridalicense.com or by contacting the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics at 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1047, (850)717-1800.
