Section 5C-29.004 - Scrapie Free Flock/Herd Certification Programs(1) Complete Monitored - Producers have the opportunity to enroll their flock/herd in the APHIS sponsored program to certify their flock/herd free of Scrapie as determined by the USDA Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program Standards, APHIS 91-55-091, June 30, 2007. This program requires 5 years of active participation in the SFCP with annual records review.(2) Export Monitored - Producers have the opportunity to enroll their flock/herd in the APHIS sponsored program to certify their flock/herd free of and eligible to be exported as determined by the USDA Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program Standards, APHIS 91-55-091, June 30, 2007. This program requires 7 years of participation in the SFCP and specified testing within herd or flock.(3) Selective Monitored - Slaughter lamb/kid producers who wish to have an additional method of surveillance in large production flocks/herds have the opportunity to enroll their flock/herd in the APHIS sponsored program as determined by the USDA Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program Standards, APHIS 91-55-091, June 30, 2007.Fla.
