Section 5C-29.003 - Recordkeeping Requirements for Identification of Sheep and Goats(1) Any individual authorized to apply official identification, under the provisions of the USDA Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules APHIS 91-55-079, June 1, 2005, must keep records of sales of all sheep and goats.(2) Each person required to keep records under the provisions of the USDA Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules APHIS 91-55-079, June 1, 2005, must keep records for five years even if the animal is no longer on the premises. Such records shall be available for inspection by any authorized representative of the department during ordinary business hours upon request.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 5C-29.003
