Rule 8-A2003 - PETITION FOR DECERTIFICATION
2003.1

Any employee or group of employees within a recognized, appropriate bargaining unit may challenge the further representation of the unit by the existing certified labor organization by filing a petition for decertification with the Public Employee Relations Board, in accordance with the rules of the PERB.

2003.2

A petition for decertification on behalf of the School of Law shall be filed by the Dean.

2003.3

A copy of a petition for decertification filed with the PERB by an employee, a group of employees, or a representative acting on behalf of employees shall be filed with the Dean.
