A labor organization seeking to obtain exclusive recognition as the representative of a bargaining unit of employees of the School of Law shall file a petition for recognition with the Public Employee Relations Board (the "PERB"), in accordance with the rules of the PERB.
A copy of a petition for certification filed with the PERB shall be filed with the Dean.
