Rule 7-803 - PARTICIPANT RECRUITMENT, CERTIFICATION AND REFERRAL
803.1

The Department or any participating service deliverer (at the discretion of the Department) shall recruit program participants.

803.2

The Department shall be responsible for certifying the program eligibility of applicants and referring them to participating service deliverers.
