Rule 7-410 - ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

410.1

At the time of enrollment, each youth participant shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Be fourteen (14) through twenty-one (21) years of age inclusive; and

(b) Be a resident of Washington, D.C.
