An applicant or eligible individual may appeal a claim determination issued under Sections 3502 or 3506, or a new determination issued under Section 3511, to the Office of Administrative Hearings. The appeal to the Office of Administrative Hearings must be filed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date the claim determination or new determination is issued.
Appeals to the Office of Administrative Hearings shall be governed by the rules, policies, and procedures of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
