Rule 6-A2107 - TIMELINESS

2107.1

Unless extended for good cause, a complaint form must be received by OPC within ninety (90) days from the date of the incident that is the subject of the complaint.

2107.2

The Executive Director may, in his or her discretion, extend the deadline for filing for good cause.
