Rule 6-A2105 - STANDING TO FILE A COMPLAINT

2105.1

A complaint may be filed with OPC by:

(a) An alleged victim;

(b) Any individual having personal knowledge of alleged police misconduct; or

(c) The parent, legal guardian, or legal representative of either (a) or (b) above.
