Senior Police Officers shall be paid at the first step of the current Class 1 (Private) schedule.
Senior Police Officers shall be entitled to shift differentials, overtime pay, holiday pay and other leave benefits on the same terms as other members of the uniformed force.
Senior Police Officers shall not be entitled to longevity pay or Base Retention Differential (BRD) pay.
