An employer, employment agency, or labor organization subject to the Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ( 42 U.S.C. § 2000eet seq.) shall be considered to be in compliance with the reporting requirements of section 213 of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-1402.13) if it has duly filed the EEO-1, EEO-2, or EEO-3 report with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the report is made available to the Office.
