Rule 3-304 - PUBLICATION OF ADVISORY OPINIONS

304.1

The Board shall publish each advisory opinion in the D.C. Register within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the opinion.

304.2

The published advisory opinion shall not disclose the identity of the requestor unless the disclosure has been previously consented to in writing by the requestor.
