Rule 3-303 - ISSUANCE OF ADVISORY OPINIONS

303.1

The Board shall issue an advisory opinion in response to each request within a reasonable period of time following the elapsed period of time noted for receipt of public comments.

303.2

Within five (5) working days after issuance of the opinion, the Board shall notify the requestor by telephone and shall forward a copy of the advisory opinion by certified mail to the requestor unless the requestor has agreed in writing to service by another means.
