Rule 29-536 - EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: DENIAL OF CERTIFICATION

536.1

The Director may deny program approval if an educational institution is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Notification of denial shall:

(a) State the reasons for denial; and

(b) Advise the education institution of its appeal rights.
