Rule 29-535 - EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATION

535.1

The Director may revoke program approval if an educational institution is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Notification of revocation shall:

(a) State the reasons for revocation; and

(b) Advise the education institution of its appeal rights.
