Rule 27-4629 - TRANSFER OF CONTRACTS4629.1Contracts or pending procurements related to the Hospital may be transferred by the Hospital to any agency or instrumentality of the District in accordance with the provisions of this section.
4629.2The CCO shall review the proposed procurement or contract and determine whether it is in the best interest of the Hospital to transfer the procurement or contract.
4629.3If the CCO determines it is in the Hospital's best interest to transfer a contract or procurement, the Contracting Officer shall have the authority to transfer the contract.
4629.4Transfer of a contract or procurement shall not operate to transfer funds to support the assigned contract or procurement. Funds shall be transferred pursuant to an intra-District memorandum of understanding, reprogramming, or other appropriate process.
