Rule 27-1504 - INVITATION FOR BIDS IN THE SET-ASIDE MARKET
1504.1

Before the contracting officer restricts an IFB to the small business set-aside market, the contracting officer shall determine that:

(a) There is a reasonable expectation that bids will be obtained from at least two (2) responsible certified small business enterprises certified by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD); and
(b) An award will be made at reasonable prices.
