Rule 26-C3006 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN INITIAL APPLICATION

3006.1

An applicant may request withdrawal of an application and any fees prior to a determination on the application, by filing the request through the NMLS.

3006.2

No withdrawal shall be effective until accepted by the Commissioner.
