Rule 26-C3005 - INCOMPLETE AND ABANDONED APPLICATIONS
3005.1

An application shall be deemed incomplete if it omits required information, documents, or material facts.

3005.2

If the Commissioner determines that an application is incomplete, the Commissioner shall notify the applicant of the deficiencies through the NMLS. The applicant shall correct a deficiency associated with an application within forty- five (45) days of being notified through the NMLS that the application is deficient.

3005.3

If the applicant fails to complete the application or respond to deficiencies within the forty-five (45) day period, the application will be considered abandoned.

3005.4

Abandonment of an application pursuant to this chapter shall not preclude the applicant from submitting a new application and appropriate fees for a license.
