Rule 26-A3518 - INVESTMENTS

3518.1

The funds of an HMO shall be invested in accordance with section 5(a)(1) of the Act, D.C. Code § 35-4504(a)(1), or the HMO Investment Guidelines adopted by the Commissioner.
