Rule 26-A315 - REFUNDS ON CREDIT LIFE AND CREDIT ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE

315.1

In the event of termination of insurance prior to the scheduled maturity date of the indebtedness, no refund need be made where the amount due is less than one dollar ($1).
