Rule 26-A314 - EXCLUSIONS

314.1

This chapter shall not apply to any motor vehicle insurance policy or operators policy in the District of Columbia which is subject to § 10 of the Compulsory/No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act of 1982, as amended
