If a food establishment is indoors and is involved exclusively with previously wrapped, canned, packaged, or bottled food, or with whole nuts, fruits or vegetables that are commonly washed, peeled, shelled, or cooked by the consumer before being eaten, the facilities required in this chapter may be provided at a suitable designated location elsewhere within the same building, if they are readily available.
If the food establishment is entirely outdoors but not in a vehicle and is involved exclusively with previously wrapped, canned, packaged, or bottled food, or with whole nuts, fruits, or vegetables that are commonly washed, peeled, shelled, or cooked by the consumer before being eaten, the facilities required in this chapter may be provided at a suitable, designated location, if they are readily available.
If the food establishment is a vehicle involved exclusively with previously wrapped, canned, packaged, or bottled food, or with whole nuts, fruits, or vegetables that are commonly washed, peeled, shelled, or cooked by the consumer before being eaten, the facilities required in this chapter need not be provided in the vehicle if they are provided at a suitable, designated location, if they are readily available.
If the facilities for the cleansing of a vehicle used as a food establishment and the toilet facilities required by section 3101 are provided at a designated location, the facilities need not be provided within the vehicle.
