Rule 20-4206 - RECORD-RETENTION AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
4206.1

Each generator of hazardous waste or used oil handler shall keep on-site all records required to be kept under chapters 42 and 43 of this title.

4206.2

Whenever the RCRA regulations in 40 CFR Parts 124, 260 through 266, 268, 270, 273, and 279 require that a document be sent to EPA, USDOT, or another federal agency, the person required to send the document to EPA, USDOT, or other federal agency shall, at the same time, send a copy to the Department's Hazardous Waste Division.
