Rule 20-4205 - EMERGENCY AND RELEASE NOTIFICATION
4205.1

Notwithstanding any provision in the RCRA regulations to the contrary, whenever the RCRA regulations require that telephonic emergency or release notification be given to EPA, the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), the National Response Center, or another federal agency, the person required to provide the notice shall, at the same time, provide telephonic notice to the District of Columbia Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEMA) at (202) 727-6161 and the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), Hazardous Waste Branch at (202) 535-2260.
