Rule 20-3905 - RECORDKEEPING

3905.1

A BSO shall maintain, for three (3) years, records used to:

(a) Document exemptions under §3901.2;

(b) Prepare battery stewardship plans pursuant to §3902;

(c) Prepare annual registration forms pursuant to §3900.1(e); and

(d) Prepare annual reports pursuant to §3903.

3905.2

The BSO shall provide or make available to DOEE for inspection any record, including reports, electronic records, certifications, or any other document, that is required to be maintained by §3905.1.
