Rule 20-3904 - CALCULATION OF WEIGHT

3904.1

In estimating weight under §§3900.1(h), 3902.1(c)(5), and 3903.3(f), the BSO shall calculate weight by one (1) of the following methods:

(a) Using District sales data; or

(b) Multiplying the weight sold nationally by the quotient of the District's population divided by the national population.

3904.2

A BSO shall use the most recent data provided by the United States Census Bureau for the calculation in §3904.1(b).
