Rule 20-2511 - JUDICIAL ACTION IN LIEU OF ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT

The District Department of the Environment may bring an action in Superior Court of the District of Columbia to enjoin the violation or threatened violation of any provision of the law or rules described in § 2500.1.
