Rule 10-B3204 - COUNCIL REVIEW OF OFFERING DOCUMENTS
3204.1

The provisions of this section shall apply to documents issued under §§ 3203 and 3205.

3204.2

Prior to the issuance of a prospectus, request for proposals or bids, or other notification to solicit offers ("offering documents") for properties controlled by the Department, the Department shall submit a draft copy of the offering document to the Council of the District of Columbia ("Council") for a ninety-day (90) period of review and approval, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and days of Council recess.

3204.3

Until approved by the Council during the review period, no offering document may be issued until the end of the thirty-day (30) period of review beginning the day the offering document is transmitted by the Department and received by the Chairperson of the Council, subject to the provisions of § 3204.4.

3204.4

If, during the ninety-day (90) review period, the Council adopts a resolution disapproving the offering document, the document shall not be issued.
