Rule 10-B3006 - CONTINUANCES
3006.1

A hearing scheduled to be conducted by the Board shall not necessarily be delayed by a request for a continuance unless a written request is received within two (2) days before the date on which the hearing is scheduled to be held, and in the opinion of the Board, sets forth good and sufficient cause for a continuance.

3006.2

Conflicting engagements of agents, absence of agents, or the employment of new agents will not be regarded as good grounds for continuance unless set forth in a written request filed promptly after notice of the hearing has been given, The Board, in its discretion, may waive this requirement for good cause shown.
