Rule 10-B3005 - BOARD HEARINGS
3005.1

The place, date, and hour of each hearing shall be fixed by the Board.

3005.2 The Board shall give an owner at least five (5) days notice, exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays, after the date of service of the notice, of the date, hour, and place of the hearing.
3005.3

Decorum and good order shall be maintained at all times during hearings. The Chairperson may exclude or have removed from the hearing room any person violating any reasonable order of the Chairperson.

3005.4

Persons may, for contumacious conduct, after having been afforded an opportunity to be heard, be barred from further participation in the proceedings.

3005.5

The owner shall be entitled to make an oral argument before the Board prior to the decision of the Board, subject to control by the Board of the time, extent, and manner or presentation of the oral argument.
