Section 101-16.0 - Civil penalties16.1 It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the DDA in its effort to enforce these regulations and will subject the violator to a civil penalty of no less than $100 nor more than $1,000 per proven violation.16.2 It shall be unlawful for any person to violate a cease and desist order issued by the DDA and will subject the violator to a civil penalty of no less than $500 nor more than $1,000 per proven violation.16.3 The payment of penalties assessed under these regulations may be made on a payment schedule approved by the Secretary of the DDA.3 Del.
