Section 302-VI-6.2 - Consultation

Any member of the Advisory Council may seek guidance with respect to a potential conflict of interest, by disclosing the nature of the potential conflict, and seeking an advisory opinion from the Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Advisory Council.
