No member of the Advisory Council may cast a vote on any matter that is likely to provide a direct financial benefit to that member, or to an organization or business in which that member has a financial or ownership interest, or with which that member has an employment relationship. No member shall otherwise give the appearance of a conflict of interest as defined more specifically under 29 Delaware Code Chapter 58, the "State Employees', Officers' and Officials' Code of Conduct", which is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
