"Apartment Buildings". A building or portion thereof containing three or more dwelling units with independent cooking and bathroom facilities, whether designated as apartments, tenements, garden apartments, condominiums, or by any other name, including any existing building or structure converted to use as an Apartment Building.
"Existing Apartment Buildings". Any apartment building constructed prior to the adoption of this Regulation.
