Section 46a-68-94 - Concluding statement(a) The affirmative action plan shall contain a concluding statement that: (1) acknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for promoting and enforcing affirmative action rests with the appointing authority, who shall account for the success or failure of the plan;(2) acknowledges that every good faith effort to achieve the objectives and goals set forth in the plan has been made; and(3) attests that the agency's equal employment opportunity officer reports directly to the agency head.(b) The concluding statement shall be signed and dated by the appointing authority.Conn.
