Section 38a-819-54 - Definitions

As used herein:

(a) "person" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 38-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes;

(b) "compaint" shall mean a written communication primarily expressing a grievance;

(c) "insurance department complaint" shall mean a written communication regarding a complaint transmitted by the insurance department.
