Section 27-102l(d)-261 - Timely payments(a) The veteran shall pay in full the minimum payment due upon receipt of a Statement of Account.(b) Any portion of the minimum payment due remaining unpaid after twenty (20) days of presentation of the Statement of Account to the veteran, or his personal representative, shall become past due.(c) Any account with an amount past due shall be deemed as an account "not in good standing," unless the veteran or his personal representative can demonstrate to the Commissioner that circumstances beyond the control of the veteran or his personal representative led to the amount past due.Conn.
