Section 27-102l(d)-260 - Application of creditsAll payments made by or on behalf of a veteran shall be applied directly against the veteran's account as a credit in the following sequence:
(a) Minimum Payment Due Now, with the excess applied to,(b) Amounts Past Due, with the excess applied to,(c) Delinquent Accounts Receivable, with the excess applied to,(d) Veteran's Account, provided that the total amount of the credit is a value less than 90 days of care at the applicable per diem fee, with the excess,(e) Reimbursed to the Veteran, unless the veteran requests the Department retain funds for the payment of future liability as an advance payment in accordance with subsection (d) in Section 27-102l(d)-255 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
