Section 21a-408-23 - Notification of changes by producers(a) Prior to adding any person as a producer backer or making any other change to the ownership of the production facility, the producer shall register such additional person, on forms prescribed by the commissioner, with the department pursuant to section 21a-408-25 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, and pay the accompanying registration fee set forth for producer backers in section 21a-408-29 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A producer shall not make such addition or change until approved by the commissioner.(b) Prior to making any change to the producer name or production facility name, the producer shall submit an application, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, for such change to the department and pay the fee set forth in section 21a-408-29 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A producer shall not make such change until approved by the commissioner.(c) Prior to changing a production facility location, the producer shall submit an application, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, for such change to the department and pay the fee set forth in section 21a-408-29 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A producer shall not make such change until approved by the commissioner.(d) Prior to any modification, remodeling, expansion, reduction or other physical, non-cosmetic alteration of a production facility, the producer shall submit an application, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, for such change to the department and pay the fee set forth in section 21a-408-29 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A producer shall not make such change until approved by the commissioner.(e) The producer shall notify the department no later than ten business days after the date that a producer backer or production facility employee ceases to work for or be affiliated with the producer.(f) The producer shall notify the department if the producer's production facility will be closing or if the producer does not intend to renew the producer's license immediately after such decision has been made.
