Section 21a-408-22 - Production facility employee registrations(a) A production facility employee shall be at least 18 years of age and shall be registered by the department pursuant to section 21a-408-25 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies before being employed by a producer.(b) Any producer backer or other person who will exercise control over, or have management responsibility for, a production facility shall be registered with the department pursuant to section 21a-408-25 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
