Section 17a-126-13 - Annual review(a) Annually, the subsidized guardian shall submit to the commissioner, or designee a sworn statement that the child is still receiving, from the subsidized guardian, the financial support contemplated by section (c) of 17a-126-3 of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.(b) In the event that the child ceases receiving the support contemplated by section (C)of 17a-126-3 of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies such guardian shall notify the department of this in a timely manner.(c) Annually, the subsidized guardian shall submit pertinent information concerning changes in the financial condition of the child which may result in an adjustment to the guardianship subsidy.Conn.
