Section 17a-126-12 - Subsidy terminationThe guardianship subsidy provided under this section shall terminate:
(1) When the child ceases receiving, from the subsidized guardian, the financial support contemplated by section (c) of 17a-126-3 of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;(2) When the child reaches the age of eighteen or the age of twenty-one if such child is in full time attendance at a secondary school, technical school or college or is in a state accredited job training program;(3) Upon the death of the guardian; or(4) When the subsidized guardian ceases providing the financial support contemplated by subsection (c) of section 17a-126-3 of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies for whatever reason including, but not limited to the return of the child to the child's parent.Conn.
